Our shipping "philosophy":

  • We want to get products to you as quickly as possible 
  • We are not "profiting" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged
  • Undercommit; overdeliver

Our primary shipping service is Royal Mail, mainly used for all orders that weight less than 2kg. For heavier and bulkier orders we use Parcelforce service, UPS or DPD. 

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors: 

  1. "Availability". Most of our products offered on the website are available for immediate dispatch, which in most cases takes no loner than 24 hours. If the product is unavailable, it will be shown on the product page. Some out of stock products might be available for purchase in which case availability date will be shown. 
  2. The method of delivery - our Free shipping method is either Royal Mail 48 or Parcelforce 48, depending on the weight and size of your order . Both services takes 2-3 business days to deliver. For orders that needs to be delivered next day, we use Royal Mail 24 service, in which case your order will be delivered within 1-2 days. We may also use alternate shipping service. 
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Free Shipping Offers

Orders over £20 qualify for Free Shipping, which will be Royal Mail 48 or Parcelforce 48.  Free shipping is only available within UK.

Calculating Cost

We do not profit from shipping. Should you select next day delivery option, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

International Shipping

If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at sales@mantastore.co.uk. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.



Our Philosophy on Returns

  • First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
  • You do not need a Return Authorization to exchange or return any item assuming it meets the guidelines below. Just ship it back to us, and we will take care of the rest.

We find that the vast majority of our customers do not elect to return or exchange their items, so we have elected to pass along the most competitive prices and shipping rates we can by not paying for return shipping on returns and exchanges. If for any reason the item received is damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for your return shipping cost. Please contact us prior returning the defective item(s) to us. 


If you would prefer a different product, size, style, or color ~ please ship the item back to us at the address below and include a note letting us know what you would like in exchange.  Items being sent back to us can be shipped via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and it's suggested you keep your tracking number handy until you know we've received the item. If you instead elect to place a new order for the item, to be processed as quickly as possible, firstly ship the item back and your refund will be handled immediately.

All items should be returned to the address below in saleable condition. Upon receipt, refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the full processing of your return.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items*, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery**
  • Any item that has been worn, altered, or cleaned.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts or the manufacturers box.

*Of course any item that has a manufacturer's defect can be returned for a full refund.
**If an item you're returning will not make it back to our service center within 30 days of the date of delivery, please contact us to determine if we can issue a full refund.
